"I booked a table for four to celebrate my wedding anniversary. We had a very good starter. However, three of us ordered steaks for our main courses and, sadly, they were inedible. I am aware that in France beef is served tougher than in England but these were so tough they were impossible to eat. We weren't alone in our opinion as the German gentleman at the next table also complained about his steak. On the plus side the desserts were excellent and the lady in charge was very good at dealing with our complaint. I would happily visit again but I wouldn't order the steak."

"Went here as a couple. Ordered a set 3 plate menu. Serving of the food was extremely slow. We spent a lot of time waiting here. Minus one star for that. The bread served was also sub-par. A sourdough bread with no butter or oil. It was also served in a dirty basket with mold and old flour. I define a place by the complimentary bread they serve and this was low. Otherwise the food itself was really nice. Very well prepared and nicely decorated on the plates. Very tasty. Absolutely a pleasure."

"The outside facade of the restaurant hides a secret space… I thought what you saw at the front was the restaurant and was completely unprepared for the size and grandeur hidden behind the curtain!! Service was timely, pleasant and discreet. The food was wonderful. We eat out a lot and two of my dishes had flavours I couldnt compare to anything anywhere else. Now we have found Le Littre we will be back!"
